Aiming for the class-leading company trusted by customers from all parts of the world, ISC Co., LTD.

is to share the upright business views and ethics and hereby enacts this Charter of Ethics based upon its managerial principle of Share and Contribution as a Code of Conduct and a Standard of Values governing services rendered by the employees. First of all, we should always listen to the customers, the ground of the Company's existence, and handle complaints and demands fast with accuracy, keep the promises with them and grant the unconditional priority to the matter of customer satisfaction when making a decision, in an effort to contribute to value creation and maximization of what is defined 'sound profitability'.

Next, we are to recognize the competitiveness of the affiliate companies is the key to us and thus work in cooperation with them under the equivalent position, lead the development of the industry in its entirety and keeping ourselves from the illicit transaction for the sake of 'fair trade environment' Further, we are to give a full respect and obey the socially recognized values and the governing laws and regulations, while securing the customer trust via quality goods and services, faring in the good faith competition for national development and engaging in legitimate generation of income as a sustainable company contributing to stability and growth of the national economy.

More, we are to respect a employee as a human being and treat all the employees equally, in establishment of the fair, transparent corporate environment where one can be compensated properly for efforts rendered. Last but one least, we as members of ISC Co., LTD.

shall represent the Company with a sense of ownership for both individual dignity and morality, while preserving the Company's honor and working in a fair and honest manner for the sake of sound and cleansed corporate culture.

Ethical Code of Conduct

We as members of ISC Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') have put more priority to the notion of 'Ethics' than any, in conducting businesses and management since inception in Year 2001, for the good of transparent, fair and reasonable conducts.

Enactment of this Ethical Code of Conduct and the Implementation Guideline thereof is to further solidify the ethical management foundation of the Company, to be specific to realize the Company's managerial principles of "Give ways to others for the eventual profit" and "Share and Contribution", for the sake of the sustainable and permanent prosperity and return of outputs and values to such interested parties as customers and shareholders and the society, as a socially responsible company chasing after the 'Right-way Management'.

Chapter 1 Customer Article 1 [Customer-orientedness]

We should always listen to the customers, the ground of the Company's existence, and handle complaints and demands fast with accuracy, keep the promises with them and grant the unconditional priority to the matter of customer satisfaction when making a decision, in an effort to contribute to value creation for them.

Article 2 [Protection of Customer Information]

When the customer information is coming to our knowledge, we shall not cause such information leaked to the third person or used or executed for any other purposes than meant.

Article 3 [Provision of Information to Customers]

We shall respect the customers right to know and thus provide information true in every particular, keeping falsified information from being provided.

Article 4 [Safety-orientedness for Customers]

We as members of the Company shall spare no efforts in securing customer safety over the course of managerial and sales activities.

Chapter 2 Creation of Values for Affiliate Companies.

The Company shall guarantee the equal opportunity to take part and lead the transparent, fair transaction environment, while establishing trustful relations with the affiliate companies for co-development.

Article 5 [Co-existence and Co-development]

We should recognize that we have a direct interests to the competitive affiliate companies and thus should work hard to help them remain competitive for the sake of the industrial development.

Article 6 [Establishment of Fair Trade Environment]

Officers and employees of the Company shall not abuse its superior position to make an unreasonable request and work hard to lead the fair trade environment.

Article 7 [Fair Transaction]

Any such company satisfying the given criteria established by us shall be granted a fair opportunity to propose the affiliation company registration. Registration, designation and evaluation of an affiliation company and amendment thereof shall be done under the objective and fair criteria and by way of a reasonable process.

Article 8 [No Unfair Treatment]

Officers and employees of the Company shall not abuse its superior position in receiving monetary compensation, treat, entertainment and other conveniences and be engaged in unethical conduct that does not in line with the common idea and customs.

Chapter 3 Protection of Officer and Employee Rights

The Company shall give a full respect to each and every officer and employee as an entity with free will to behave and thus work hard for such a corporate environment where they can establish the sound ethical belief as a member of the Company and the society as well.

Article 9 [Respecting Officers and Employees]

The Company shall give a full respect to personality of each and every officer and employee and serve its best to help them heighten the pride and feel rewarded by way of their services in the Company.

Article 10 [Promotion of Talent]

The Company shall actively be engaged in promotion of talents and not discriminate anyone entitled to an opportunity to develop itself.

Article 11 [Fair Treatment]

The Company shall permit its officers and employees engaged in works in a legitimate manner, evaluate their performances and achievements under the fairly enacted criteria and compensate for such a performance in a reasonable manner.

Article 12 [Generating Creative Corporate Culture]

While respecting privacies, the Company shall work hard to generate the creative corporate culture to guarantee creativity and autonomy.

Chapter 4 Desired Attitude by Members

Officers and employees of the Company shall establish the sound values under the managerial concept of 「Customer-centered Value Creation」 and work hard to develop themselves, for the sake of eventual contribution to the value creation for the nation and the society by way of their services in the Company. 

Article 13 [Framework Ethics]

Officers and employees of the Company shall represent the Company with a sense of ownership for both individual dignity and morality, while preserving the Company's honor and working in a fair and honest manner.

Article 14 [Self-development]

Officers and employees of the Company shall set themselves the desired type of talent and take advantage of the individual specialty and interest for sustainable self-development.

Article 15 [Completion of Mission]

Officers and employees of the Company shall share the corporate vision and policies, implement the missions granted to them and actively, cooperatively work with the colleagues with trust and seek for the inter-department cooperation and active communication for efficient business.

Article 16 [Fair Service]

Officers and employees of the Company shall work in the fairest manner and apply the utmost transparency and rationality at where the Company's regulation does not reach or remain vague. No illicit order shall be placed top-down, in which case the subordinate shall have a right to reject and not suffer from disadvantages when causing the case notified to the Company. No benefit shall be granted or received by and between any officer or employee of the Company for solicitation.

Article 17 [Maintenance of Dignity]

Officers and employees of the Company shall not be engaged in unsound conduct or activities socially blamable and work hard to keep the Company from sexual harassment or internal distrust for the sake of sound corporate culture.

Chapter 5 Creation of Values for Nation and Society

The Company respects the market economy and will lead value creation for the sake of the nation and the society by way of fair competition and obedience to the governing laws and the ethical custom.

Article 18 [Respect to Market Economy]

Under no circumstances will the Company accept a conduct negating or infringing upon the market economy ideology. In addition, the Company shall respect the regional culture and customs at where faring a business, obey the governing laws and practices and contribute to the social development.

Article 19 [Fair Competition]

The Company shall compete in the regional business under the governing laws and the commercial practices at the site of business and, in doing so, secure confidence and trust from customers via quality goods and services.

Article 20 [Protection of Shareholders' Benefit]

The Company shall engage in management in the most transparent and responsible manner, in realization of sound profit in protection of the shareholders' right and enhancing return on investment.

Article 21 [Environmental Protection]

In pursuit of environmental friendliness, the Company shall actively engage in the environmental protection movement and lead preservation of environment and resources

Article 22 [Implementation of Social Responsibility]

(1) By way of business activities, the Company as a sustainable company in the market shall contribute to the national development in forms of job creation and tax payment and generate income in a sound manner to contribute to economic stability and development. (2) The Company shall receive varied opinions from all levels and local residents.
